The vinyl record holder is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the product's lifetime. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the wooden base of the holder, wooden supports, acrylic display and USB cable. Covered defects include, but are not limited to, peeling, warping, cracking, and other forms of structural compromise attributable to manufacturing flaws.
This warranty expressly excludes several components and types of damage. Burnt out or mechanically damaged LEDs are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, the USB cable and switch are not covered for damages resulting from mechanical impact or stress. The varnish coating of the product is also excluded from coverage when mechanical or chemical influences, or any other external factors cause damage. Furthermore, scratches or other forms of superficial damage to the acrylic display are not covered by this warranty when damage is caused by mechanical or chemical influences, or any other external factors.
The warranty is valid only when the product is used under normal conditions and maintained according to the care instructions provided. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or other forms of improper handling.
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact our customer service department and provide proof of purchase. A detailed description of the defect, along with photographic evidence if possible, should be included in the claim. Upon receipt of the claim, our team will evaluate the issue and, if the defect is confirmed and covered under this warranty, we will at our discretion repair or replace the defective part or the entire product.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or product and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. Any shipping and handling costs incurred during the warranty claim process are the responsibility of the customer.
By purchasing and using the vinyl record holder, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights which vary by jurisdiction.
